There various forms of meditation but we shall discuss this two , mindfulness and transdertal meditation.mindfuness(mind) meditation is a form of meditation which requires you to be in the now(present moment ) this type of meditation is mostly done in Asia and other sorrouding countries.below some of the benefits of mindfulness meditation.

It streaghens the immune system

It helps to contact the spirit (God) helping you to open the chackras
